KOPA AAU is more than just a program in which your child plays for the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU).
In our AAU program, your child will learn the fundamentals on and off the court. We believe that all lessons we learn in sports can be adapted to our daily life. We see teamwork as the key to success in sports, in jobs and careers and in life in general. That’s why our KOPA AAU teams are not only trained in physical but also in social skills such as teamwork, communication, discipline and accountability. The training sessions will mostly consist of individual and team drills, followed by scrimmaging. |
